Crone was born from a simple truth: women succeed faster by connecting them with exceptional mentors who've been there.

Working in top male-dominated companies like Meta and then through my own coaching practice, I saw brilliant women hitting the same obstacles I'd faced years ago. I knew their journey could be easier with the right guidance from the right people. But finding the perfect mentor—someone who's walked your path and genuinely wants to help—felt like searching for a needle in a haystack.
